For all those that scheduled an active appointment the two weeks prior to this year’s Super Bowl… here it is! The completed squares!
Dr. Marcelino randomly chose the numbers for both the Seahawks and for the Patriots. At the end of each quarter, a prize will be given out to the person who’s lucky name coincides with the last digit of each team’s score.
1st quarter prize is a restaurant gift card! Halftime prize is a Sonicare electric toothbrush! 3rd quarter prize is also a restaurant gift card! And the final score prize is free teeth whitening!
